We are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We take claims of copyright infringement seriously and will respond to notices that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

If you believe that material available on "Falcons Player Arrested" infringes on your copyright, please send a written notification (an "Infringement Notice") to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. A clear identification of the material that you claim is infringing and information sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific URL(s) of the infringing content on "Falcons Player Arrested").
  3. Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full legal name).

Please send your Infringement Notice to our designated agent via email or postal mail (details on our contact page).

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification (a "Counter-Notice") to our Copyright Agent. A Counter-Notice must include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which "Falcons Player Arrested" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full legal name).

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original Infringement Notice. If we do not receive notice from the original complainant that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our platform within ten (10) business days of receiving the Counter-Notice, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed material.
